Thank you for choosing my flat; I’m delighted to welcome you!
To ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible, please take a moment to read these house rules.
Check-in: Check-in is between 4 pm and 9 pm; outside these times, I cannot guarantee that I will be available. Please contact me via message to check my availability. Please let me know your arrival time as soon as possible so that I can welcome you in the best possible way.
Keys will be handed over to the person who made the booking.
Your Stay: The property is provided to you for temporary use as a place of residence.
You are asked to take good care of the property and keep it in good condition.
You are responsible for the premises and for any disturbance caused by your occupancy.
Should you have any concerns, please let me know by message or phone call.
The Rules:

You must not receive visitors without my prior consent.

- It is forbidden to carry out any profession or activity that causes a nuisance within the residence or the flat.

- The trafficking or possession of illegal substances, prostitution and all activities prohibited by French law are strictly forbidden within the flat.

- No parties or social gatherings.
Should you fail to comply, I reserve the right to enter the flat whilst you are occupying it, without your prior consent. The police will be alerted immediately.
Cleaning:
These charges cover the routine cleaning of the flat and the laundering of household linen (tea towels, bath towels, bed linen). It is therefore your responsibility to leave the premises tidy, with the washing-up done, dried and stored in the cupboards. Please place used towels in the laundry basket in the bathroom. Should the flat be left in a poor condition, photographs will be taken and sent to Airbnb, and a complaint will be lodged.
Your Departure:
In most cases, I will not be present when you leave.
On your arrival, I will tell you where to leave the key.
You must vacate the property by 12 noon at the latest.
If you leave late without my prior agreement, you will be charged 20h per additional hour.
I am happy to discuss this with you to find the best solution for everyone.
Please follow these few points:

Close the windows when you are out.

Do not leave candles lit when you are out.

Do not tamper with the electricity meter without my prior consent.

Do not move the furniture.

Do not smoke in the flat.
For safety and insurance reasons, it is essential that you lock the door when you are out.
