The flat is also just 10 minutes from the Grande Arche de la Défense and its business district. A 10-minute walk will take you to the Bois de Boulogne, the green lung of Paris. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around the flat, including Eugène Eugène, Saperlipopette and La Fontanella.
