To ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible, and that health and safety conditions are guaranteed for everyone, please read these rules carefully.

Introduction
The property rented to you is equipped to meet your needs during your stay.
As soon as you enter the accommodation, an inventory of fixtures will be drawn up and signed by both parties.
- Rental period
This accommodation is rented to you for a period defined at the time of your reservation and set out in your rental contract. Under no circumstances may a customer claim any right to remain in the accommodation outside this period.
- Arrival and departure
The property will be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival. Please do not hesitate to contact me to organise the handover of the keys and a tour of the property. If you expect to arrive later, please let me know in advance.
On the day of departure, you have until 10am to return the accommodation.
- Equipment provided
This accommodation is rented with bedding (bases and mattresses), duvets, pillows and blankets. You must use fitted sheets to cover the mattresses, pillowcases and duvet covers.
Sheets and other household linen (bed linen, towels, tea towels, etc.) are provided.
- Use of the premises and respect for equipment
All furniture is at your disposal. Please keep them in good condition and keep them clean.
Water, electricity and heating are included in the rental price.
However, in order to respect the environment as much as possible, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not leave the water running unnecessarily, and do not leave the doors and windows open for long periods if you are using the heating.
All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this respect, please do not throw anything into the toilet bowl, apart from toilet paper.
The access door to the accommodation is fitted with a lock and key. Please make sure that it is locked when you leave. You are responsible for any theft or damage if you fail to comply with this clause.
Throughout the stay, the tenant must respect the premises. They will make good use of the equipment and maintain the accommodation so that it is in perfect condition when they leave.
Kitchen utensils are entirely at your disposal during your stay.
You are not allowed to move the furniture.
The wifi password giving you an internet connection is confidential information. Please do not give it to anyone else.
In the event of an accident or breakage, it is your responsibility to inform me before your departure.
In the event of damage or breakage, the objects must be replaced or reimbursed to the owner using the amount of the deposit.
In the event of a breakdown or malfunction, please contact me immediately. I will do my best to remedy the situation. No reimbursement for repairs will be made without my agreement.
Similarly, please do not leave any electrical or household appliances switched on when you are away. The flat is equipped with a smoke detector.
The flat is a non-smoking area, so smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.
Pets are not permitted in this accommodation.
- Household waste management
The rubbish bin is located at the bottom of building A (access from outside). Please follow the rules for sorting rubbish:
- Cardboard and plastic packaging in the coloured containers ....... ,
- Household waste in the coloured containers .......
- Glass to be taken to the containers closest to the residence.
When you leave, please do not leave anything in the accommodation's rubbish bin and leave it clean.
Cleaning package
A cleaning fee may apply at the end of your stay, if you have not chosen to clean your accommodation yourself or if an inventory of fixtures after your departure indicates that the cleaning was inadequate.
However, please ensure that the accommodation is not left in a mess, in particular by tidying up the furniture, objects and crockery.

- Safety and good manners
Please respect the peace and quiet of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. Noise levels inside and outside the property must be kept to a minimum to protect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood.
It is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10pm and before 8am.
- Number of tenants and external visitors
This accommodation is rented for the precise number of people stipulated in the rental contract.

- Outside areas
The city prohibits tenants from hanging their washing out of windows or on balconies.

Failure to comply with the house rules
In the event of non-compliance with the house rules by the tenant, the owners reserve the right to apply appropriate penalties:
- Termination of the rental contract with loss of the deposit. You will have to leave the property before the agreed departure date following interruption of your stay.
- If the cleaning carried out by travellers does not meet minimum hygiene standards, they will be billed for additional cleaning and maintenance hours.

The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.
