Departure must be before 10am.
It is forbidden to smoke in the flat, to organise parties or to make noise after 10pm. It is also advisable to remove your shoes when walking in the flat.
Pets are not permitted.
Travellers must pay for their electricity and gas consumption, the amount being calculated on the basis of the meter reading.
