This charming studio of 20 sqm completely renovated and located in a secure building, offers you all the comforts for an exceptional stay in Lyon. Located a few minutes from the Part Dieu district, it is ideal for business travellers. A stone's throw from Lyon 3 University, it may also be suitable for a couple wishing to make the most of this beautiful city.

Bright and refined in style, this charming studio is ideal for your next stay in Lyon. With all the comforts for a successful stay, it offers you the following services:

- A very bright room, with a comfortable double bed (160cm), a flat screen TV, two bedside tables and storage spaces. You will also find a dining table with 2 high chairs for breakfast (a fan is available).

- A well-equipped kitchenette with everything you need to prepare your meals on site: microwave, hotplates, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and kitchen utensils.

- A bathroom, clean and well maintained, with a shower, sink, hairdryer and toilets.

Quality sheets and towels, vanity kits and a few coffee capsules are provided.

It should also be noted that a laundry and a dryer are available on the ground floor of the residence (paid service: 2€)

Wifi (with fiber) and a printer are available.

We have promoted the comfort of the bed with a double bed and an excellent mattress. This inevitably takes up an important place in the living room.

##Access to housing

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by elevator. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Only one set of keys will be given to you during your stay.

Parking areas are free of charge.
