Charming duplex 30 m² with balcony, courtyard, located on the first floor.
After passing the entrance, you will find a door on the room with double bed. A large bay window opens onto a balcony equipped with a bistro table and 2 chairs. Sun at 18 h, ideal for cocktails!
A sliding door separates the bedroom a shower (toilet, washbasin, shower) in the entry, taking the stairs, you can get to stay in L equipped with a kitchenette with a large work plan. Microwave, electric hobs and fridge are at your disposal. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, a spreader, a table and an iron.
The sofa can accommodate an additional person and there is a chair a person. There is a second shower (toilet, washbasin, shower) available near the living room.
Come In was renovated in June 2014. It is quiet and bright apartment. The floor gives plenty of charm.

Parking: Street is one-way. It is very easy to park and parking is free!

  • Nicolle P. Nicolle P. July 2020 The flat is located close to supermarkets and to metro station- good location. It is enough for two people, however one room is connected with the kitchen. Another plus that each person has a separate bathroom. There was not much space for storage for two people. Also, the fridge is tiny (good for one person). All of the electrical devices are old- during my stay the washing machine broke. The landlord is very nice and eager to help. Whenever I had an issue, she made sure to fix it asap.

Elle nous a prodigué les meilleurs conseils possibles sur l'appartement et le quartier, qui nous a tout à fait convenu. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. Le bonus de la rue calme avec le stationnement gratuit est un vrai plus.
