Cosy and furnished studio The staff were nearly always rude and provided misinformation for the duration of my 5-month stay. They claimed that I hadn't paid the rent for April when I had made the payment weeks beforehand. The staff is very disorganized and they lost my mail that arrived from a bank. The staff gave inaccurate information about the deposit procedures, and they still haven't provided my deposit refund. I had a noise complaint at 3 a.m. because people were blasting music and the staff ignored my complaint.
