Passing through the Cité du Vin, come and enjoy the comfort of our residence.

Only 4km from the city center and accessible from exit 21 of the Bordeaux ring road, our residence will be the ideal place for your business and leisure stays.

The double studio of 21m² for 1 to 2 persons is composed of a living space with a double bed (180*200), a bathroom, an LCD TV and a kitchenette.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, extractor hood, ceramic hob and kettle. Crockery is also provided.

A laundry is present in the residence. It is also possible to have (on request) a coffee machine, a baby bed, a vacuum cleaner, a toaster and an iron.

In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a visitor's tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.
