In all periods, the residence is an ideal base for all lovers of nature (close to the Esterel massif), of water sports (Beach 5 km) and golf (golf course of Valescure 6 km away). With nice and green exteriors, the residence offer to its guests calm and serenity.
Composed of a living room with sitting area and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and toilet and a double bed (140 * 190) on the mezzanine, this duplex is 28 sqm. You access to the mezzanine with a loft ladder. It can accommodate 2 people. The kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, electric hob, cooker hood, coffee maker, dishwasher and everything you will need to cook. The apartment is air-conditioned. It is also equipped with a large terrace of 9 sqm, a flat-screen TV and free wifi access.
The residence offers free parking place. You can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool from April to late October. End of stay cleaning is included in the rate. Pets are allowed (additional charges to be paid on the first day). During your stay you can enjoy the hotel services of the residence (laundry and breakfast).
In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a visitor's tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.
