The Suite is located in the heart of Mulhouse's historic centre, in the Rue des Franciscains, one of the city's oldest and most emblematic streets. Entirely cobbled, this pedestrianised street winds its way between old buildings, typical facades and murals recounting the city's history. It retains an authentic medieval atmosphere that is much appreciated by visitors and locals alike.

The district is lively during the day, with small independent boutiques, cafés, restaurants and concept stores. It's part of the area where walking and soft mobility are favoured, and benefits from a warm atmosphere typical of old Mulhouse.

The adjacent streets lead directly to the must-see sights:
- Place de la Réunion and its colourful Town Hall
- Temple Saint-Étienne
- Pedestrian shopping area
- Historical Museum and fresco trail

* Use of the accommodation
The accommodation is rented on a temporary basis only and under no circumstances constitutes the Tenant's principal residence. Any administrative or tax domicile is prohibited.
It is reserved for the persons mentioned in the reservation and the contract. The maximum capacity of the accommodation indicated in the lease (4 beds) must be strictly respected.
Guests are authorised for short stays.
Any guest staying for more than three (3) consecutive nights must be declared in advance and approved by the Hirer.
Failing this, the Owner reserves the right to charge a supplement or terminate the stay.

* Calm, safety and respect for the premises
The Tenant undertakes to use the accommodation peacefully, without noise pollution, and with respect for the neighbours.
Any modification of the premises or drilling is forbidden without written agreement.
Parties and gatherings are prohibited.
The accommodation is strictly non-smoking and pets are not permitted.

* Safety - electrical equipment
For fire safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to recharge any type of electric or similar vehicle battery in the accommodation, in particular :
electric scooters, electric scooters, electric bicycles, hoverboards or similar equipment.

* Cleaning
A compulsory end-of-stay cleaning service is charged at €80 and covers the cleaning of the accommodation.
Intermediate cleaning can be arranged on request and will be charged extra depending on the length of stay.

* Linen
Duvets and pillows are provided in the accommodation.
Bed linen (sheets and duvet cover for double bed) and towels are optional.
Price: €35 per person for the duration of your stay.

* Charges, energy & environmental commitment
La Maison Barfusser is committed to respecting our heritage and the environment.
Please use the accommodation responsibly, in particular by avoiding wasting water, electricity and heating (unnecessary heating, open windows, appliances and lighting left on unnecessarily, etc.).

Charges are included in the rent for normal use of the property.
Any electricity consumption that is clearly excessive, above a ceiling of 500 kWh per month, may be subject to additional billing, calculated on the basis of the actual cost of electricity.

* Insurance and liability
The Tenant undertakes to take out rental liability insurance covering the duration of the stay and to send a certificate to the Owner before entering the premises. The Tenant is responsible for any damage, loss or deterioration caused during the stay.
