Saint-Nazaire’s prime location, between the Loire Estuary and the Atlantic Ocean, offers the ideal setting for an overnight stay or a longer holiday. Close to the town centre, just a few minutes’ walk from the TGV station and a 10-minute drive from Sainte Marguerite beach, our residence is ideally situated. It’s perfect for all your stays, whether with friends, family or on business.
Comprising a living area with a pull-out sofa bed (2×90×180) and a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (160×190), and a bathroom with a bath and separate toilet, this one-bedroom flat measures 32m². It can accommodate 4 people. The kitchen is fitted with a microwave, a fridge, a ceramic hob, an extractor hood, a coffee maker and everything you’ll need for cooking. The flat is also equipped with an LCD TV and free Wi-Fi access.
The residence offers a gym with free access and a paid parking space. You can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool in season. A weekly cleaning service is included in the price. An ironing board is available at reception and can be used on request. Pets are allowed for an additional charge payable on site. During your stay, you can make use of the hotel services offered by the residence (laundry and breakfast).
You can arrive at any time thanks to the residence’s access code system. Reception is open until 7 pm. If you plan to arrive after these hours, please contact the residence so they can provide you with the access codes.
For holiday rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax – the amount of which varies per night and per person – will be payable directly to the residence.
