I'm letting out a room in my flat in Foch (my daughter is away at university studying).

Important information:
I work from home so I'm there all day, I live upstairs to : Work in my office area and sleep in my bedroom with private bathroom.
I am also very often away on business trips, with several days' absence.
The Student will not be able to rehearse with a musical instrument due to incompatibility with my day job and the apartment with neighbours. For example, no studies accepted at the music conservatory or as a musician or singer.
