Close to the Corum in Montpellier and 1km from the Place de la Comédie, this new apartment is completely furnished with a 160x190 cm trundle bed, kitchen table with its chairs, dressing room with wardrobe, shelves, fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, vitro hob, extractor fan, microwave and all the crockery), bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The building is equipped with a living room (table football, TV Netflix, additional shared kitchen ...), a laundry, a gym and bicycle rooms.
Television, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and linen kit can be provided according to availability. An extra charge will be made at the reception.
Possibility of parking at the price of 50euros per month.
Nobody at the reception for any information or help during your stay.

June 2022Morningcroissant was very helpful and the answered my questions promptly. The accommodation itself was well prepared when I checked in. Bedsheets, duvet, kitchen appliances all ready to be used, as it was very clean. The location is good, very near Tram 2 and 10 minutes from Tram 1. I would stay here again.
The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.
