It includes a kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, hotplates, microwave, and complete crockery kit), a living area with a single bed that can be used as a sofa, a bedroom (bed 140*190) and an independent bathroom. It has a free wifi access.

SECURITY DEPOSIT :
For all stays, a security deposit of one month's rent must be paid by cash, cheque, credit card or bank transfer. When cashed, it will be returned within 2 months.
ARRIVAL:
The reception is open from 08:30 to 13:30 and from 15:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Thursday and until 17:00 on Friday. If you plan to arrive after these hours, please contact the residence to arrange your late arrival.
For a rental of less than 3 months, you will have to pay a tourist tax payable to the residence.
