It's ideally located right next to higher education establishments, with the Campus Universitaire Beaulieu and the Lycée Chateaubriand (Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Ecoles) just a few metres away, so you don't have to waste time commuting and you can take a few steps to clear your head between your flat and the classroom! There are numerous bus routes nearby, as well as two metro stations not far from the residence, making it easy to get around Brittany: the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Rennes, less than 2 kilometres from the residence, is just 7 minutes away by public transport. Students studying Arts, Literature, Communication, Languages, Humanities and Social Sciences are also well catered for: the Villejean - Rennes 2 University campus is around twenty minutes away by metro and bicycle.

If you want to get away from it all and explore the city of Rennes, the city centre is just a few minutes away by metro, making it easy to get out and about. And if you fancy a change of scenery, Rennes train and bus stations are less than 15 minutes from the residence (Gares stop), with direct access from metro line B.
