Fully-equipped, furnished flat in a new, luxury, secure residence. A residence manager is on hand to ensure your peace of mind. With excellent public transport links (bus stops 6 and 88 at the foot of the residence, bus stops 16, 89 and 90 a 3-minute walk away) and close to shops (LIDL supermarket 200 metres away), the residence is ideally located. The historic city centre is just 10 minutes away by bus.

Comprising a living room with kitchen area, 2 bedrooms (a small 120cm double bed and a 140cm double bed) with their own bathroom, this 3-bedroom apartment can accommodate 3 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils. The flat has free Wi-Fi access. It is fully furnished in a modern style. Bed linen is provided and changed every 15 days with a clean linen kit. However, PLEASE BRING YOUR BATH TOWELS as they are not provided.

During your stay, you can take advantage of all the residence's services:
