The comfortable and practical flat is fully equipped to meet the needs of a stay lasting several months. The residence, with its Provençal-inspired architecture, offers modern accommodation set within a wooded setting.
It features a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room, a television, a fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, and utensils), and a private bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
Residents can enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool (subject to opening periods), ideal for relaxing after a day’s work or exploring the region.
An iron and ironing board are available to borrow. A cot (at an extra charge), a cleaning service (at an extra charge) and a kettle are available on request.
The residence also has a pay-as-you-go launderette.
Bed linen and towels are not provided; please bring your own.
For holiday rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax – the amount of which varies per night and per person – must be paid directly to the accommodation provider.
