It includes a kitchen space with a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, hotplates, microwave, and complete dish kit), a living space with a sofa bed (140*190cm) and an independent bathroom. It has a free wifi access.

SECURITY DEPOSIT :
For all stays, a security deposit of one month's rent must be paid by cash, check, credit card or bank transfer. Once cashed, it will be returned within 2 months.
ARRIVAL:
The reception is open from 09:30 to 13:30 and from 14:45 to 17:45 from Monday to Thursday and until 17:00 on Friday. If you plan to arrive after these times, please contact the residence to arrange your late arrival.
The reception is closed on weekends.
For a rental of less than 3 months, you will have to pay a tourist tax at the residence.
