This accommodation is only available for rent for students.

Before handing over the keys, you will need to confirm the rental, in addition to your monthly rent:
1/ Pay the €510 deposit and €150 administration fee directly to the residence. Payment will be made via a secure link that the residence will send you as soon as your rental has been confirmed on MorningCroissant.
2/ Pay the residence a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person, as part of a seasonal rental.
3/ Sign the house rules that the residence will send you.
4/Send the following documents to the residence:
- Valid identity card or passport,
- Valid student card or proof of enrolment,
- If you are a foreign student, a valid VISA card or residence permit.
These points are a condition of acceptance to finalise the booking. If they are not met, the residence may cancel the booking.

The residence offers furnished studios for students close to the old port and the city centre. You will be 15 minutes' drive from La Rochelle airport and have the opportunity to visit the Ile de Ré, 15 km away.
