Before handing over the keys, you will need to confirm the rental, in addition to your monthly rent:

1/ Pay the €610 deposit and €150 administration fee directly to the residence. Payment will be made via a secure link that the residence will send you as soon as your rental has been confirmed on MorningCroissant.
2/ Pay the residence a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person, as part of a seasonal rental.
3/ Sign the house rules that the residence will send you.
4/Send the following documents to the residence:
- Valid identity card or passport,
- Valid student card or proof of enrolment,
- If you are a foreign student, a valid VISA card or residence permit.

These points are a condition of acceptance to finalise the booking. If they are not met, the residence may cancel the booking.
