Welcome to our residence, situated in the heart of the splendid city of Marseille, in Provence. Nestled just a 5-minute walk from Prado Beach, our establishment offers a comfortable retreat for travellers seeking an experience that combines relaxation, leisure and easy access to the city’s main attractions.

Our studios are ideal for two people. Each studio features a double bed, two single beds or a sofa bed, an LCD television, a safe, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, hob, coffee maker, crockery, a dishwasher and kitchen utensils, a balcony, and a bathroom with a bath and toilet. All our studios are air-conditioned, soundproofed and have free Wi-Fi.

Outdoor parking is available upon booking for €9 per night, and covered parking is available upon booking for €15 per night.

Breakfast is available at an additional cost at the residence.

Weekly cleaning is included.

For holiday rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of €2.16 per person per night is payable directly to the residence.
