Hello, I offer a room in a chic and quiet villa in the popular Gourmalon area of Pornic.
Located at 3/5 mn walk from the beaches, thalasso, train station, casino, port, tourist office.
Ideal to spend a good time teleworking and discovering a nice tourist area.
I prefer to rent to single people as I live in the villa every other week with my children aged 6 and 8.
You will have a room with private bathroom, shower or bath (I have 2 rooms for rent) and a small living room / office on the 2nd floor of the villa.
