Come and stay in Saint-Brieuc, a short distance from the Port du Légué, the epicentre of Briochine life!

Bright, modern and fully equipped single-storey house, with its pretty private courtyard without facing due south.
You will be 10 minutes walk from the Port du Légué, 1km from downtown Saint-Brieuc and in the immediate vicinity of the Plérin clinic, the seaside resorts of Les Rosaires and Saint-Laurent.

The housing

The house has two rooms and a pretty bright courtyard to the south. It can accommodate 4 people (1 double bed in the room, 1 sofa convertible into a comfortable double bed 160x200cm in the living room).

The main room with its open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom overlook a pretty private, bright and intimate courtyard facing south.

To make your stay pleasant and comfortable, we put at your disposal:

in the main room:
- a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, ceramic hobs, microwave, crockery and utensils for 4 people, electric kettle, coffee machine...) ;
- a dining area that can accommodate 4 guests;
- a pleasant and sunny lounge area: 160x200cm sofa bed, coffee table, armchair, television equipped with (Hidden by Airbnb) Chromecast ;
- the necessary connections for your work or to prepare your visits (rj45 port, USB port, wifi internet access);

In the bedroom:
- a comfortable double bed 140x190cm, with its bedside tables;
- a large dressing room;
- an armchair;
- a pack of bed linen and towels.

In the bright bathroom:
- hanging toilets;
- a basin;
- a nice 120x80cm shower;
- a washing machine and its tancarville.

In the courtyard:
- a garden furniture with 4 deckchairs;
- a 4-seater outdoor dining room.
