Nestling in the heart of Roucas Blanc, a residential district of Marseille, come and discover our residence located opposite the hill of the Basilica of Notre-Dame de La Garde. From the "Terrasse du Roucas Blanc", you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the islands in the harbour (Frioul, Château d'If) and the sea as far as the eye can see, all the way to the Côte Bleue massif.

The villa is on three levels.
To get to the villa, you'll have to climb a small traverse with a series of staircases.
On arrival, you'll enter a small terrace surrounded by a small landscaped garden.
You'll reach the first level with a dining room opening onto a spacious terrace through a large bay window. Here you can admire the sea with the islands of Frioul and the Château d'If and enjoy a breathtaking view of the Basilica of Notre Dame de la Garde.
On the same level, you'll enter a lounge (still with Notre Dame de la Garde in your field of vision) and a fully-equipped kitchen; there's a small bathroom and a WC.
Take the staircase to the upper floor. Here you'll find two bedrooms.
The largest bedroom is on your left, with a simply sublime view.
Two windows allow you to admire the different views of the sea, the Frioul Islands and the Basilica of Notre Dame de la Garde.
A small desk reserved for teleworking will allow you to work in peace.
This room is equipped with a king-size bed (180*200) of very high quality.

To your right, you'll find a small bedroom with a window overlooking the Basilica of Notre Dame de la Garde.
This room has two high quality beds, 80cm for two children or 160cm for two adults.
