Located in a luxury residence on the 5th floor with lift in the Casino and Grands Hôtels area, it is ideal for a family stay or a stopover in La Baule.

Access to the beach is from the residence's wooded park.

The main bed is a fold-out bed with a 140x200 mattress. The studio also has a double sofa bed with a 140x200 mattress.
The bathroom is equipped with a combined washing machine/dryer and a hair dryer. The toilets are independent.

Parking is free in the residence's car park.
- Access from the TGV - TER station of La Baule Escoublac :
The station is a 20-minute walk from the accommodation. Otherwise, taxis are available at the station exit.
- Private access to the beach:
The beach is located at the end of the residence's wooded park (5 minutes on foot)
- Use of the lifts
There are 2 lifts in the lobby:
The one on the left serves the odd-numbered floors
The one on the right serves the even-numbered floors
As the flat is located on the 5th floor, it is preferable to use the left lift.
Concerning the buttons:
The ES button stands for Entre Sol, it serves the "Parking" floor.
The 0 button serves the "Beach/Ocean" access.
- Selective sorting
In the flat, there are 2 bins under the sink, one must be reserved for cardboard/plastic packaging and the other for the rest (miscellaneous waste).
The building's rubbish bin is located on the first parking level. When you leave the building on the car park side, you will see a grey pedestrian gate opposite, and the bin room is located just to the right.
The yellow bins are for cardboard and plastic packaging.
The green bins are for the rest (miscellaneous waste).
Glass bottles are to be put directly in the glass container.

In the Casino gallery, 5 minutes' walk away, you will find a pharmacy, a Proxi market and a tobacconist.
The market of La Baule and the supermarkets U, Carrefour city and Spar are located at 15 min on foot.
The Avenue du Général De Gaulle (the town's shopping district) is a 20-minute walk away.
If you have a car, the shopping centre Les Salines is less than 10 minutes away by car. There is a Carrefour market with a fish and delicatessen section, a Lidl and a Picard.
- For a walk
The Oiseaux district starts at the foot of the building and leads to the town centre. Here you will discover the most beautiful Bauloise villas in the town, shaded by a forest of umbrella pines. These villas were built between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century under the direction of Georges Lafont, chief architect of the development of the whole bay into a seaside resort. Of different styles: regionalist, Art Deco and Belle Epoque, they are the witnesses of an era when holidaying was in vogue and embody the lifestyle of rich bourgeois families, attracted by the benefits of sea bathing. The names of these large houses take us back to the intimacy of the families to whom they belonged.
A walk along Benoît beach which starts at the Majestic hotel (2nd hotel on the right when arriving on the beach from the private access of the residence). This walk allows you to reach the port and then the village of Le Pouliguen in complete peace of mind, as there are no cars.
The salt marshes of Guérande can be visited by car and for the more sporty by bike, as many routes have been laid out as cycle paths.
It is worth planning a day to visit the typical Breton village of Le Croisic: the fish market, the Ocearium and the ever impressive Cote sauvage located 20 minutes away by bus or car.
If you have a car, the beautiful Sainte Marguerite beach in Pornichet, which is completely undeveloped, is 20 minutes away by car.

The Thalasso and Spas of the Grands Hotels du Royal and de l'Hermitage are located at the foot of the residence, less than 5 minutes on foot.
- For entertainment
The Casino Barrière, the Atlantia congress and concert centre and the CSIO5* which hosts the Longines Jumping International de La Baule every year in June are also located at the foot of the residence, less than 10 minutes away on foot.
