Layout and facilities:
This large studio + small bedroom totalling 33m2 is ideal for hosting a family or group of 3-4 people as a pied-à-terre as it includes:
1) a large living room with
> a 140cm*200cm double bed
> a 90cm*200cm sofa bed
2) a very small bedroom with a futon on the floor (folded, it measures 80cm*190, but it can be unfolded to make a 160cm by 190cm bed, you have to like 'firm' comfort :), even if we've added a mattress topper to improve comfort!
3) a separate kitchenette in the entrance hall (mini fridge and removable hob)
4) a large bathroom with whirlpool bath

If required, we can also provide you with a cot or cot bed.
We also have a range of baby equipment available on request (high chair, bath seat, small bathtub, etc).

Here is a typical configuration:
> the parents can sleep in the double bed
> an adult or a large child either on the sofa or in the small bedroom (if you are no taller than 1m85 :)
> one or 2 young adults or children or baby(ren) in the small bedroom.

There are electric blinds in both rooms, and 2 large wardrobes to store everyone's belongings.
