The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.

This landlord's craftsman made the rental too uncomfortable for me to stay
1. First time the craftsman + helper saw that I was alone in the rental, that night, 'someone' broke the lock off the courtyard door, knocked on my door at night and when I didn't open, kicked the door and slammed on window
2. TWICE, IN BACK TO BACK DAYS, the craftsman's helpers illegally entered my rental due to the craftsman for some reason giving them the key even though they were only working on the other rental
