Welcome to our residence in the heart of Besançon's City business district, on the banks of the River Doubs. Strategically located just a 10-minute walk from the city centre and a 10-minute tram ride from the SNCF train station and the Micropolis exhibition and conference centre, the residence is just as well suited to family holidays as it is to business trips. Besançon and the surrounding area is a City of Art and History and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with a wealth of fascinating historic sites, exceptional monuments and unspoilt countryside.

Comprising a living area with double bed (140*200) and fitted kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC, this studio is 20m2. It can accommodate 2 people. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, electric hob, coffee maker and everything else you need for cooking. The flat also has a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access.

The residence provides a free outdoor parking space (or an underground parking space for €6/night). Pets are allowed at an additional cost. During your stay you can take advantage of the hotel services offered by the residence (laundry, cleaning and breakfast).

You can arrive at any time thanks to the residence's access code system. Reception is open until 6pm. If you plan to arrive after these times, please contact the residence so that they can give you these access codes.

Cleaning can be added at an extra cost of €90/month, payable at reception.

In the case of seasonal rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.

    Je connais déjà cet établissement, c'est pourquoi j'y suis retourné car lors de mon premier séjour je n'ai pas été déçu c'est également le cas pour mon deuxième passage au sein de Zénitude City.Le personnel est très serviable , à l'écoute ,toujours prêt à rendre service et a toujours un mot gentil ou un bon conseil, je recommande vivement.
