Please note: There may be odour, light and noise disturbances due to the proximity of rubbish bins and restaurants (below and opposite the studio).
Please be aware: this studio has a steep and narrow staircase which may not be suitable for everyone on a day-to-day basis! (70cm wide with steps 21cm high, it connects the ground-floor entrance and shower room to the living room/bedroom upstairs.) The amount of storage space means that only one person can live here. A compulsory pre-viewing is available in the late afternoon from 3 August.

Important: The keys will only be handed over once all the following conditions have been met:
- a pre-viewing has taken place with the prospective tenant carrying valid official identification.
- the booking has been accepted,
- the tenancy agreement has been signed
- the security deposit and cleaning fee have been received by bank transfer before the move-in date
