To ensure the peace and cleanliness of the building, all occupants must comply with these internal rules.
Preamble
These rules are designed to protect the common interests of the building's residents.
These rules are in addition to the tenant's obligation of peaceful enjoyment under the terms of article 7 d) of the law of 6 July 1989.
It is the responsibility of tenants and their visitors to comply with the health and safety rules set out in these regulations.
I - NOISE and THE YARD

The volume of televisions, radios and other music equipment must be turned down between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. so that no sound can be heard from outside the flat.
You must not talk loudly or make noise in the stairwell when you return late at night.
The courtyard is not a playground, and ball games and other games are not permitted in the communal areas of the courtyard, hall and stairwell.
II - CLEANLINESS and RESPECT for the ENVIRONMENT
Communal areas must be kept clear at all times, and no occupant may store personal belongings there. The corridors in particular may under no circumstances be used as a garage for motorbikes, bicycles, children's cars or other items.
Bulky items must not be deposited in communal areas such as cellars, corridors or courtyards, but must be left on the pavement the day before the bulky items are collected.
Household rubbish must be neatly packaged and sorted in brown, yellow for paper and plastic and green for glass.
Rubbish bins must be taken to the rubbish bin in the courtyard.
Occupants may not have any malicious or smelly animals. Any damage caused by animals in their care will be charged to their owners.
Cigarette butts may not be thrown out of windows in the courtyard or communal areas.
III - ADDITIONAL RULES FOR SEASONAL RENTAL

IV- DAMAGE
Each occupant is responsible for all damage to the common areas of the building caused by him/her or by persons or things in his/her care.
Occupants with dogs or pets must ensure that they do not cause a nuisance to neighbours either by their barking or by their lack of cleanliness. Owners of pets that cause damage to the building must repair the damage immediately.

The access doors to the building are equipped with digicodes, so please do not divulge the codes.
