We live here most of the year, so the flat is perfectly equipped and decorated (including exceptional bedding with king-size bed, home cinema, Devialet speaker system, etc.).

The sofa in the living room is convertible (very comfortable), so you can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.

The monthly rent includes all utilities: EDF, Wifi, etc. (based on 30 days).

As an option, for an extra €200 on the monthly rent, you can also add one 2.5-hour cleaning session per week (with our regular cleaner), for a total of 10 hours cleaning per month.
