This flat is situated in a secure residential complex, located at the St Herblain tram terminus, right next to Pigier School. A complex manager and a security guard will be on site for your peace of mind.
Beautifully designed. The flat is very well maintained and modern. Featuring a shared kitchen, each bedroom has its own shower room and a large 140-cm bed.
The flat is equipped with free Wi-Fi.
A set of disposable bed linen is provided on arrival and can be replenished on request, at an additional cost.
For added comfort, you are welcome to bring your own bed linen.
Please note that bath towels are not provided.
You will have free use of an outdoor parking space, subject to availability. If you wish to use the residence’s private car park, there is a surcharge of €40 per month (subject to availability as well).
During your stay, you can make use of all the residence’s facilities:
- fitness room with free access
- self-service launderette with washing machines, tumble dryers, irons and ironing boards
- lounge with a terrace and lake views. Here you can enjoy cable TV on a large screen, free-to-use table football, and vending machines for drinks and sweets
- free Wi-Fi throughout the residence

Please arrive BEFORE 5.00 pm. We will be unable to accommodate you after this time. A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent will be required upon arrival.
