Description
This flat is located in a secure residence just off the St Herblain tramway, next to the Pigier school. A residence manager and a security guard will be on hand for your peace of mind.
Magnificent design. The flat is very well maintained and modern. With a shared kitchen, each bedroom has its own shower room and a double bed (140cm).
The flat is equipped with free wifi access.
A disposable linen kit is provided upon arrival and can be replaced upon request, at an additional cost.
For added comfort, you may bring your own bed linen.
Please note that bath towels are not provided.
An outside parking space is available free of charge, subject to availability. If you wish to use the residence's private car park, the supplement is €40/month (also subject to availability).
During your stay, you can take advantage of all the residence's services:
