This apartment is located in a safe residence located near St Herblain tram station. A manager of residence and a night watchman will be there on-site for your peace of mind.

The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils. A bathroom with shower is adjacent to the room. The apartment is equipped with free wifi access. It is fully furnished in a modern way.

A disposable linen kit is provided upon arrival and can be replaced upon request, at an additional cost.
For added comfort, you may bring your own bed linen.
Please note that bath towels are not provided.

You will have free access to an outdoor parking space depending on availability. If you wish to use the residence's private parking, the supplement is 40€/month (also according to availability).
