Description

This flat is located in a secure residence just off the St Herblain tramway, next to the Pigier school. A residence manager and a security guard will be on hand for your peace of mind.

This is a T2Bis flat: the kitchen is fully equipped and you have your own living area (lounge + dining room) with a bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a desk and a 140 cm bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils. A bathroom with shower is adjacent to the bedroom. The flat has free Wi-Fi access.

A disposable linen kit is provided upon arrival and can be replaced upon request, at an additional cost.
For added comfort, you may bring your own bed linen.
Please note that bath towels are not provided.

An outside parking space is available free of charge, subject to availability. If you wish to use the residence's private car park, the supplement is €40/month (also subject to availability).

During your stay, you can take advantage of all the residence's services:

- coin-operated laundry with washing machines, tumble dryers, irons and ironing boards
- living room with terrace and lake view. Here you can enjoy cable TV with a giant screen, free-access table football, and drinks and sweets dispensers.
