Description
This flat is situated in a secure residential complex, located at the St Herblain tram terminus, right next to Pigier School. A complex manager and a security guard will be on site for your peace of mind.

Comprising a living area with an open-plan kitchen, a sofa bed (120), a desk and a bedroom with a large 140 bed, this one-bedroom flat can accommodate 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. A bathroom with a shower is en suite to the bedroom. The flat has free Wi-Fi access.
A set of disposable bed linen is provided on arrival and can be replenished on request, at an additional cost.
For added comfort, you are welcome to bring your own bed linen.
Please note that bath towels are not provided.
An outdoor parking space is available free of charge, subject to availability. If you wish to use the residence’s private car park, there is a charge of €40 per month (also subject to availability).
During your stay, you can make use of all the residence’s facilities:

- pay-as-you-go laundry room with washing machines, tumble dryers, irons and ironing boards
- lounge with a terrace and lake views. Here you can enjoy cable TV on a large screen, free-to-use table football, and vending machines for drinks and sweets

Please arrive BEFORE 5.00 pm. After this time, we will be unable to accommodate you. A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent will be required upon arrival.
