This flat is situated in a secure residential complex, located at the St Herblain tram terminus, right next to the Pigier school. A complex manager and a security guard will be on site for your peace of mind.
It is a T2Bis flat: the kitchen is fully fitted and you have your own living area (lounge and dining room) with one bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a desk and a 140 cm bed.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. A bathroom with a shower is adjoining the bedroom. The flat has free Wi-Fi access.
A set of disposable bed linen is provided on arrival and can be replenished on request, at an additional cost.
For added comfort, you are welcome to bring your own bed linen.
Please note that bath towels are not provided.
An outdoor parking space is available free of charge, subject to availability. If you wish to use the residence’s private car park, the surcharge is €40 per month (subject to availability).
During your stay, you can make use of all the residence’s facilities:

- pay-as-you-go laundry room with washing machines, tumble dryers, irons and ironing boards
- free Wi-Fi throughout the residence

J'ai été très satisfaite de ma location au sein de la résidence Easystudent. Le manager de la résidence a toujours été disponible lorsque j'avais une interrogation ou un problème. La résidence est très bien située, à la fois proche de commerces, de parcs et de moyens de transport (tram, bus). La résidence est bien équipée (salles de réunion, laverie, salle de sport, imprimante) et plutôt calme. Les appartements sont confortables et bien aménagés.
Je recommande sans hésitation.
