This accommodation is only available for rent for students and young workers.
Furnished accommodation comprising a large fully-equipped kitchen to share, 2 independent bedrooms (rented independently) with 120cm beds, a desk area and an individual key for each bedroom. The bathroom and WC are individual.
This advert is for one bedroom only, not the whole flat.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils. As you can see from the floor plan, the flat has another bedroom that may be rented out during your stay.
The flat has free wifi access. It is fully furnished in a modern style. However, PLEASE BRING YOUR BATH TOWELS as they are not provided.
During your stay you can take advantage of all the residence's services:
- fitness room with free access
- meeting room with TV, video projector, projection screen and adapted sound system
- laundry room with washing machines, tumble dryers, irons and ironing boards
- indoor patio with garden furniture
- lounge with large-screen cable TV, free-access billiards and table football, drinks and sweets dispensers

- car park with automatic gate: €1.5/day with €50 deposit for remote control
Please arrive BEFORE 6pm. After this time we will not be able to welcome you. A deposit of one month's rent will be required on arrival.
The residence is ideally located for tourists, students (Fac de Rangueil, CREPS, SUP'AERO, ENAC) and working people (AIRBUS, CNRS, CNES, CFPCT - close to the ring road to Labège and the airport in 15 minutes).
