Fully furnished and equipped, located in a quiet hamlet in the small village of Saint-Front, on the volcanic plateau of the Monts Mézenc and Ardèche mountains.

On the ground floor:
- A small equipped kitchen (open to the living room): fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, crockery and small electrical equipment
- A living room: fireplace with wood insert, sofa bed, home cinema, TV but ATTENTION: no channel receiver, only to watch DvD or download), DVD player, desk area
- 1 WC - laundry room: washing machine - tumble dryer
Upstairs:
- 1 parental bedroom: 1 king size bed, wardrobe, household linen
- 1 young child's room: 1 baby bed with bars, 1 newborn bed (convertible into co-sleep), attention no child's bed but electric inflatable mattress 2 places, baby couch, small chest of drawers, storage furniture and changing area
- 1 bathroom: whirlpool bath and light therapy, Italian shower, towel warmer
- A small garden: garden table and chairs, parasol, hammock, barbecue, 2 pairs of snowshoes, 2 mountain bikes (with helmets) at your disposal
- Wood heating (wood is provided free of charge). No other means of heating (the chimney must be supplied regularly), but wood is usually sufficient to heat the house.
No Wifi. 3G/4G is not always accessible, depending on the operators. However, it can be installed according to the rental period (to be discussed).
The rustic and cosy character of our old small stone and wood cottage will offer you the authenticity of an evening by the fireplace, to cocoon in love, to enjoy the local specialities. You can bubble in its whirlpool bathtub or relax on its terrace of lauzes...
