The shared property can accommodate up to three flatmates. It's a renovated and furnished town house with all the comforts you need, spread over a total surface area of 59 m2 and two levels. Located just a short walk from the main SNCF train station and bus station, the shared flat is also close to the ramparts and the city centre, which are a 5-minute walk away; the house is also close to the shops and faculties (20 minutes on foot).
Each flatmate has exclusive use of an independent furnished room with private bathroom (shower + washbasin unit), reversible air conditioning, bedding, storage space (cupboard + chest of drawers + high shelf), desk, RJ 45 wall socket for internet connection...
The shared accommodation comprises a living room with fitted kitchen and seating area + corridor + staircase + utility room + 2 WCs + a fully-equipped garden (awning, garden furniture, barbecue, etc.) with wooden terrace and outbuilding at the bottom of the garden.
The shared flat is equipped with fibre-optic broadband.
Long- or medium-term rental The private room is available on a standard furnished lease or a student or mobility lease, with all charges included, including water, electricity, internet, air conditioning maintenance, plus the TEOM (waste collection and recycling) charge.
A guarantor will be required and you will need to take out comprehensive home insurance. Bed linen and towels are not provided.
As I live in Marseille, if the organisation is complicated (visits, moving in at weekends) I can use an estate agency to manage the visits and contracts ..... This service will incur an additional cost.
