This accommodation is only available for rent for students.
Just 10 minutes from the centre of Geneva, the residence offers fully functional and well-equipped studios and one-bedroom flats.
The air-conditioned accommodation features a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, dishwasher and kitchen utensils, a dining table, a desk, a television and a private bathroom with a shower or bath.
There is a launderette on the premises.
The one-bedroom flats also feature a proper living area with a sofa and coffee table.
This flat comprises a bedroom with two single beds (2 x 80) that can be converted into a double bed, as well as a living room with a sofa bed (140cm).
A compulsory weekly cleaning service will be provided in the flat.
All service charges are included in the rent (water, electricity, Wi-Fi, etc.). The weekly cleaning service is also included in this rate.
Breakfast is available at an additional cost at the residence.
For holiday rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax – the amount of which varies per night and per person – must be paid directly to the residence.
