Nestled between the Jura, the Alps and the French-Swiss border, the small spa town of Divonne-les-Bains has more than one thing going for it. Just 20 kilometres from Geneva (15 minutes from the airport) and 50 kilometres from Lausanne, our residence is ideally situated, both for professionals working in Switzerland and for tourists, thanks to its proximity to Lake Geneva.
Comprising a living area with a pull-out bed and a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140×190), and a bathroom with a bath and toilet, this one-bedroom flat measures 35m². It can accommodate 4 people. The kitchen is fitted with a microwave, a fridge, electric hobs, a coffee maker, a kettle and everything you’ll need for cooking. The flat is also equipped with an LCD TV and free Wi-Fi.
The residence provides a free outdoor parking space (or an underground parking space for €5 per night). Weekly cleaning and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rent. During your stay, you can make use of the hotel-style services offered by the residence (laundry and breakfast).
Reception is open from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please contact the residence so they can let you know the procedure for late arrivals.
For holiday rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax – the amount of which varies per night and per person – will be payable directly to the residence.
