This brand new residence is ideally located opposite the Timone University Hospital and close to the Faculty of Pharmacy and Medicine.

We offer furnished and equipped accommodation including a sleeping area (double bed in 120), desk, storage space, equipped kitchenette (hotplates, fridge, microwave, crockery kit) with dining table and chairs, shower room with WC, cleaning kit.

Many services INCLUDED in the rent:
- Breakfast served in the cafeteria from Monday to Friday
- Cleaning of the accommodation twice a month, with change of sheets and towels every 2 weeks
- Unlimited internet access
- Fitness room
- Baby-Football, common room (music, coworking, TV, relaxation)
- Bike room
- Daily presence of a site manager on site

The flats are equipped with smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers are present in the common areas.

Parking is available in the residence, at an additional cost (8€/day, 40€/week or 120€/month)
