Located in a secure residence in the heart of the young and dynamic university district of Sophia-Antipolis, there is a wide range of shops nearby. This flat is very well located. Public transport is available, with a bus stop just a few metres from the residence. In your free time, you can stroll past the various banks, chemists, dry cleaners, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, the post office and so on, or organise a trip to the local golf course. With its cycle lanes and pedestrian walkways, the area is very pleasant.

Practical and comfortable, this studio apartment has been designed to offer you optimum living space and layout. With a surface area of 18.5m², this flat includes a kitchen area with a fully-equipped kitchenette, a living area with 1 single 80cm bed and a separate bathroom. Free Wi-Fi access is included. All flats in the residence have a balcony or terrace.

ATTENTION: no crockery in the flat.

During your stay, you will have free access to the gym.
You can also take advantage of the hotel services offered by the residence for a fee:

ARRIVAL:
Reception is open from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm from Monday to Friday. If you plan to arrive after these times or at the weekend, please contact the residence to organise your late arrival.

CHARGES :
All charges are included in the rent EXCEPT ELECTRICITY, which you will have to pay additionally according to your consumption. Reception will help you set up your EDF file.

SECURITY DEPOSIT :
For all stays, a security deposit of €615 must be paid by credit card, cheque or bank transfer. Once cashed, it will be returned within 2 months.

The tourist tax must be paid on arrival at the residence.
