Just 4 km from the city centre and accessible via exit 21 of the Bordeaux ring road, our residence is the ideal place for both business and leisure stays.
The 21m² double studio, suitable for 1 to 2 people, comprises a living area with a large double bed (180×200), a bathroom, an LCD TV and a kitchenette.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, an extractor hood, a ceramic hob and a kettle. Crockery is also provided.
There is a laundry room in the residence. A coffee machine, a cot and an iron are also available (on request).
All service charges are included in the rent (water, electricity, Wi-Fi, etc.).
Monthly cleaning is included.
For short-term lettings, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax – the amount of which varies per night and per person – must be paid directly to the residence.
