The residence is secure, with a caretaker and external cameras. You will have your own private parking space in an enclosed car park.
In summer, a residents-only swimming pool is available from mid-June to September - perfect for cooling off after a busy day (maximum two people per flat).
And to top it all off, the flat (on the 5th floor) has a beautiful view of the mountains, so you can enjoy a relaxing setting every day.
