Set between land and sea, our hotel-residence is just a stone's throw from Fréjus town centre and its Roman arena. Whatever the season, the residence is an ideal base for nature lovers (close to the Estérel massif), water sports enthusiasts (beach 5 km away) and golfers (Valescure golf course 6 km away). With its attractive exterior, the establishment welcomes you in a green Mediterranean setting, offering its guests peace and serenity.
Comprising a living room with sitting area and fitted kitchen, a double bed (140x190) on the mezzanine and a bathroom with bath and WC, this T1Bis is 28m2. Access to the mezzanine is via a loft ladder. It sleeps 2 people. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, electric hob, extractor fan, coffee maker, dishwasher and everything else you need for cooking. The flat is air-conditioned. It also has a large 9m2 terrace, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access.
The residence provides a free parking space. You can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool from April to the end of October. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. During your stay you can take advantage of the hotel services offered by the residence (laundry and breakfast).
Housekeeping can be added for a supplement of €90/month, payable at reception.
In the case of seasonal rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.
