Set between land and sea, our hotel-residence is just a stone's throw from Fréjus town centre and its Roman arena. Whatever the season, the residence is an ideal base for nature lovers (close to the Estérel massif), water sports enthusiasts (beach 5 km away) and golfers (Valescure golf course 6 km away). With its attractive exterior, the establishment welcomes you in a green Mediterranean setting, offering its guests calm and serenity.
Comprising a large living room with sofa bed (2*80*190) and fitted kitchen, a bedroom with double bed (140*190), a bedroom with 2 single beds (80*190) and a bathroom with bath and WC, this T3 apartment is 50m2. It sleeps 6 people. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, electric hob, extractor fan, coffee maker, dishwasher and everything else you need for cooking. The flat is air-conditioned. It also has a large balcony or terrace, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access.
The residence provides a free parking space. You can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool from April to the end of October. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. During your stay you can take advantage of the hotel services offered by the residence (laundry and breakfast).
Housekeeping can be added for a supplement of €90/month, payable at reception.
In the case of seasonal rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.

Endroit charmant, personnel sympathique, terrain et piscine magnifiques, chiens acceptés. La seule amélioration pourrait être la cuisine qui est trop petite (sans plan de travail) pour des séjours plus longs. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et le recommandons pour un séjour de vacances.
