Around
The area is very quiet and residential, yet within walking distance of all amenities (very well-stocked local shopping centre right next to the building: bakery, chemist, bar-tobac-press-brewery, Carrefour City (open even on Sundays), organic food shop, butcher, florist, restaurants, etc.).
For your walks/sports/shopping: access to Lac de la Sourderie is a 5-minute walk away, and the Manet national forest is a 10-minute drive away.
This privileged and very "green" area also has numerous cycle paths for great walks.

Getting around

Bus stops at the foot of the building for St Quentin en Yvelines station (10 min direct from the station), Buc, Elancourt, Chateaufort, etc. (bus routes at the foot of the building: 461, 457, 449).
St Quentin station serves Paris Montparnasse and La Défense in 25 minutes each.
