- a balcony/terrace of nearly 8m², perfectly quiet (overlooking the courtyard) and fitted out for your comfort.
The flat has a sleeping area: a sofa bed for 2 people.
Travel in comfort thanks to the equipment present in the flat, such as a television, a wifi connection, kitchen equipment (fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine (Nespresso), induction hob and hood, etc.). You will also have a washing machine or bed linen and towels for 2 people on arrival.

City centre, quiet and well connected area.
It is in the very sought-after Ile Verte district, very close to the historic centre of Grenoble.
You will find all the local shops on the avenue: restaurants, butchers, food shops, bakeries, etc., with a real little neighbourhood life.
To get around by tram: "Ile Verte" stop, tram B less than 100 metres away.

Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) and in the surrounding car parks.
